Returns & Refunds Policy
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love your Roo's Lab products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- You must contact us at hello@rooslab.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product we will offer you either a full refund to your original payment method or store credit your choice.
Faulty or Damaged Products In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your product arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us at hello@rooslab.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. In this case Roo's Lab will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement or store credit at your preference.
Opened Products For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or have caused an adverse reaction. If you experience an adverse skin reaction please discontinue use immediately and contact us at hello@rooslab.com.au.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
How to Return
- Email hello@rooslab.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Send your product to the address provided
- Once received and inspected we will process your refund or store credit
