About Us Roo's Lab is a brand owned and operated by SP Kosmetiks Pty Ltd (ACN 692 906 595) (ABN 74 692 906 595). Our products are proudly formulated and manufactured in Australia.

Products All Roo's Lab products are for external use only. Results may vary between individuals. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have sensitive skin or a known skin condition please consult a General Practitioner or dermatologist before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Pricing All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST does not apply. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order.

Shipping We offer complimentary standard delivery Australia wide. International shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of $18.95 AUD. Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days within Australia and 7-14 business days to New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Payments We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. SP Kosmetiks Pty Ltd does not store your payment details.

Intellectual Property All content on rooslab.com.au including images, text, logos and product descriptions is the property of SP Kosmetiks Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, SP Kosmetiks Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Australian Consumer Law & Product Disclaimer
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced or refund if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Product Ingredients & Patch Testing
Everyone’s skin is unique and may react differently to topical cosmetic ingredients. While we label all ingredients transparently in compliance with Australian standard laws, we strongly advise you to carefully read the ingredient list on our packaging before use to avoid personal allergens. You must perform a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application. If you experience any redness, burning, itching, or irritation, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our business is not liable for any skin reactions, adverse side effects, or injuries caused by the misuse of our products or the failure to perform a patch test. Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law, our maximum liability to you for any faulty or problematic product is strictly limited to either a full refund of the purchase price or a product replacement. We do not make therapeutic or medical claims; our products are strictly for cosmetic skin use

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts
