Where are your products made?
Our products is proudly formulated and manufactured in Queensland,Australia. You'll find the Australian Made certification on every bottle.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Absolutely. All Roo's Lab products contain zero animal derived ingredients and are never tested on animals at any stage of production.
Do your products contain sulphates or parabens?
Never. All Roo's Lab formulas are free from sulphates, parabens.We believe clean formulas deliver better results.
What skin types are your products suitable for?
Our products are formulated to suit all skin types including sensitive skin. However we always recommend performing a patch test before full application. If you have a diagnosed skin condition please consult your GP or dermatologist before use.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes — we strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Apply a small amount to your inner wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours before proceeding.
Can I use multiple Roo's Lab serums together?
Yes — our serums are designed to complement each other beautifully. We recommend applying thinner serums first (Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid) followed by thicker formulas (Bakuchiol, Peptide Serum).you are new to active skincare we recommend introducing one product at a time.
How long before I see results?
Skincare results vary between individuals. Most customers notice improvements in skin texture and hydration within 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use. For anti-ageing benefits from our Peptide Serum allow 6-8 weeks of regular use.
What is Kakadu Plum and why is it in your products?
Kakadu Plum is a native Australian superfruit and the world's richest natural source of Vitamin C — containing up to 100 times more Vitamin C than an orange. We use it in our Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Vitamin C Cream to boost brightening and antioxidant benefits naturally.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days via Australia Post. New Zealand orders take 7-14 business days. Please note these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Good news! We offer free standard delivery on all Australian orders, with no minimum spend required. For our New Zealand customers, shipping is free for orders over $100 AUD. If your order is under $100 AUD, we charge a flat shipping rate of $18.95 AUD.
Can I track my order?
Yes,once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
What days do you dispatch orders?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We hope to expand to more countries soon.stay tuned!
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us at hello@rooslab.com.au as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened products with hygiene seals intact. Please contact hello@rooslab.com.au to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us at hello@rooslab.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
What if I experience a skin reaction?
Please discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary. Contact us at hello@rooslab.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Can I exchange a product?
Currently we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
